Phase I - Attach to Existing Solar Sales

Our sales team attaches one or more sales reps to your company, follows your values, and yields 50% of all commissions to your company, with absolutely zero overhead. Your sales team adds a paragraph to what they already say to customers and sets a followup appointment with a solar specialist (us). When we hit your solar sales milestone, you choose whether you’d like to move to Phase II.

Phase II - Structure & Train Your Crew
Next we play a temporary consultant role as you structure you solar sales team and a training role as we continue to lead solar sales on your team. We fully train your selected crew according to the plan we help you develop. Once a rep is signed off for solo-sales, you simply split sales with them just as you did with us. Once your training milestones are achieved, you choose when to enter Phase III and complete the Pilot Program.

Phase III - Independently Operate Your Solar Sales
Finally, your new in-house solar trainer takes over future training. Here we detach from your company unless you call us in as backup. Sales talent will be easy to attract because the position comes with company leads, solving the greatest solar-sales problem of all: lead generation. As an aside, depending on the solar dealer we’re using for payroll behind the scenes, high install volume can also be used to unlock greater revenue streams.
