Dawn Tap, LLC ("we," "us") owns and operates energy.independent.homes ("Platform") for Energy Independent Homes ("EIH"), a movement to empower energy independence. We are committed to compliance with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act (42 U.S.C. § 12101 et seq.) and applicable Arizona law.

1. Accessibility Measures

The Platform, including account registration, appointment scheduling, and solar estimate tools, supports:

• Screen reader compatibility for form inputs, navigation, and video captions.
• Keyboard-only navigation for all interactive elements.
• Text labels and error messages accessible to assistive technologies.

2. Third-Party Services

The Platform integrates third-party services, including Acuity Scheduling (appointment booking), Zoom (virtual meetings), and YouTube (video embeds). We rely on their compliance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA but strive to ensure seamless accessibility.

3. Future Structure

If EIH transitions to a decentralized cooperative, accessibility commitments will persist, supported by our technology partners.
